1⅓ C Unsifted All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 T. Sugar
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp. Milk
1 C. Sour Cream
1⅓ C Blueberries
4 T. Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and add egg, oil and milk, stirring well. Fold in sour cream and blend mixture until smooth. Gently add in blueberries, stir, and drop batter by spoonfuls into hot buttered griddle.

Makes about 10 medium size pancakes.
