2½ c Whole-Wheat Flour
½ c AP Flour
½ c Old Fashioned Oats
2 T Brown Sugar
1 T Wheat Germ
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
2 c Low Fat Buttermilk
1 Egg, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F

Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Combine buttermilk and egg; add to flour mixture. Stir just until combined.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Invert bread onto a wire rack; cool completely.
