Two 32-oz. containers of chicken broth (the cardboard kind)
½ cup heavy cream
2 large potatoes
4 cups chopped kale
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the broth and cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Slice the unpeeled potato into ¼” slices and then cut into quarters and add them to the soup.

Run the kale in the food processor (using pulse) until chopped and add to soup.Brown the sausage . When cooked, drain fat and add to soup.

Add the spices and simmer for 1-2 hours or until the potatoes start falling apart, stirring occasionally.
