12 ounces dry pasta
1-1/2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 cup mayonnaise
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 pound cooked shrimp

Directions:

Cook pasta until al dente; rinse under cold water until cool and drain.

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, and spices. Add the pasta, celery and shrimp and stir until evenly coated. Adjust the salt, sugar or mayonnaise to taste. Chill several hours before serving.
