1 cup(s) Quick oats
1/2 cup(s) Peanut butter (creamy)
1/4 cup(s) Honey
1 packages(s) vanillia protien shake (or 1 scoop/serving)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with spoon until well blended.

chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes (not mandatory but makes the next step a little easier)

Scoop out and make little balls put in the refrigerator to chill and set. Can be stored in refrigerator or freezer and then enjoy.... Try not to eat them all at once.



I use my ice cream scoop to get the size of my balls a nice snack size.

From National Hereford Women website. During my journey to a healthier life I found a need for healthy sweat cravings that can be a grab and go. These hold up excellent in the freezer if they make it that far but are an excellent energy boost on those long afternoons outside.
