- One pound of whole, fresh mushrooms (white, Baby Bella, etc.)
- One pound of bulk sausage (Bob Evans recommended - less grease)
- One, 8 ounce package of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until lightly browned. Drain and crumble sausage. While still warm, add cream cheese and stir until blended. Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms. use a small knife to dig out any stubborn stems to provide a depression to fill with sausage mixture. Fill mushrooms with heaping spoonful of sausage mixture. Use the palm of your hand to heap/pack. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until lightly browned. Serve warm.
