1 box of yellow cake
3 eggs
1 c sour cream
1/4 c oil
1/2 c water
1/3 c melted butter
2/3 c brown sugar
2 20-oz cans pineapple rings
1 small jar maraschino cherries
1 c flaked cococut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix cake, eggs, sour cream, oil and water until smooth.

In the bottom of two 9-inch cake tins, arrange pineapple rings. Place cherries in the center of each and between. Mix brown sugar, melted butter and coconut flakes. Sprinkle over pineapples. Pour half of the bake badder into each cake tin. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes. Place a plate over each and flip. Carefully remove cake tins, to expose the pineapples.
