1/4 c butter
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 c flour
Powdered sugar
2 pints fruit
maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Place butter in 9 x 13 glass baking dish and into oven to allow the butter to melt.

In a large bowl mix eggs, milk and flour. Pour into baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes or until firm and puffy. Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with fruit and maple syrup.
