Ingredients:

1 c flour
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 c powdered milk
2 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
The night before put the sourdough sponge in a large glass bowl. Add 1 cup flour and 1 cup warm water. Cover with a tea towel and let the yeast activate over night. (If it's been a long time since you used the sourdough, add 1 teaspoon sugar with the flour.) The next morning, put 1/2 a cup of sponge back in the jar for next time.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Put 1/4 c of the badder in the skillet. Wait until the edges are cooking and there are lots of bubbles then flip. Make as many at a time as will fit in the skillet without touching. Place cooked pancakes in a crock pot, on low, until ready to serve.
