3 c peaches chopped
1 large orange ground medium
1 can crushed pineapple drained well
1/2 c almonds ground coarse
1/2 c cherry juice
1/4 c lemon juice
7 c white sugar
1/2 c maraschino cherries quartered
1 bottle certo
1 c water
1 tsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Simmer orange with the water in covered container for 20 min. Put the orange mixture, peaches and pineapple, cherry and lemon juices, sugar and butter in large kettle and cook at a rolling boil for one minute. Add cherries and nuts and boil one more min. Add certo and let cook at rolling boil for another min. Skim if necessary. Bottle.
