Ingredients:  
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup Soy sauce (or brags amino acids)
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Mustard (I use South Carolina mustard Bbq sauce)
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 - 2 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 pork loin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and marinate pork 24-36 hours.

Roast at 425 for 15 minutes and lower to 375 or place in a smoker until pork reaches internal temp of 145 degrees.

Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
