1c sugar
3 heaping Tablespoons flour
3 egg yolks
4c milk
1 box Nilla Wafers
8 ripe medium sized bananas, sliced

Meringue:
3 egg whites
6T sugar
1t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. Beat yolks slightly. Mix yolks and milk with flour and sugar. Cook in double boiler until it begins to thicken; cool a little. In a large bowl, layer Nilla wafers, bananas and custard until everything is used up.

Meringue: Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla. Spread on pudding and bake at 350º until top browns.
