1T butter
2T flour
3c raw shrimp
1lb sliced Conecuh Sausage
2 large onions, sliced
¾ c chopped bell pepper
5c tomatoes
2½ c water
2 clove garlic, minced
1 sprig chopped parsley
2c uncooked rice
Salt, pepper, bay leaf, cayenne to taste
Worcestershire Sauce

Make roux with flour and butter. Brown rice separately. Saute vegetables in a a little butter for 5 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 30 minutes or simmer liquids and add rice and shrimp 30 minutes before serving.
