Ingredients (for 2 people):
1 pound of ground beef
2 strips of bacon (cooked crispy)
Half onion (chopped)
1 1/2cup of cooked and chilled jasmine rice
1 can of kidney beans (drained)
1 tablespoon of garlic (minced)
BBQ sauce
Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
1 bag of Frito chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the bacon in the oven crispy, keep the grease. Caramelize onions & garlic in pan.

Add beef to pan and brown it, drain fat. Add beans, rice & bacon w/ some grease.

Stir fry all mixin's in pan. Add salt, pepper &, BBQ sauce to taste.

(Here, you can move the mixin's to a Tupperware and chill).

(If hot) top with cheese and Fritos.
