Ingredients:  
4 cups cooked diced chicken (another good way to use leftover Turkey!) or two large cans of chicken, undrained
Tortilla chips
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 - 3/4 can of chicken broth (if you are using the canned chicken you won't need broth because there is some in the can)
1 can enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9x13 pan, put a layer of chips on the bottom.

Layer the chicken on top of the chips.

Mix the soups and broth and pour on top of the chicken.

Pour the Enchilada sauce on top.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bubbly.
