2 cans navy beans drained & rinsed
3 potatoes cut into small pieces
5 large carrots cut into small pieces
l large onion cut into small pieces
small bunch of parsley chopped or flakes
4-5 drops liquid smoke
1-2 boxes mushroom broth or veg broth
salt & pepper to taste


Vegetarian Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
(paper muffin pan liners)
follow directions on box

Combine all ingredients and cook on medium heat - turn down to low &continue till
veg done - serve with corn muffins
