Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
1 C mandarin oranges (with juice)
4 eggs
½ C cooking oil

Frosting:
9 oz Cool Whip
20 oz crushed pinapple (partially drained)
1 sm box instant vanilla pudding

Cake
Preheat oven 350º. Mix ingredients together. Butter and flour 3 round cake pans. Bake for 20 minutes. When cool, remove from pans for layering.

Frosting
Mix ingredients for frosting together. With a spatula, ice the top of the first layer. Add second layer and ice, Add third layer and ice remainder of cake. Refrigerate
