Ingredients:  
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cubed Velveeta
2 lb Bag of frozen cubed potatoes.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients (except potatoes) until smooth.

Combine potatoes and cheese mixture and pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown.

Top with crushed cornflakes and brown for 5 minutes, if desired.
