First layer:
1 stick margarine melted
¾ C chopped pecans
1 C flour
2 tsp sugar

Second Layer
8oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar
1 C (8oz container) cool whip (save the rest for top)

Third Layer
2 sm boxes instant lemon pudding
2 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first layer ingredients and put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes until slightly brown (longer for glass)

Beat together 2nd layer ingredients and spread on top of cooled crust (layer 1)

Mix 3rd layer ingredients and pour over 2nd layer

Fourth layer top with remaining cool whip

Fifth layer sprinkle with chopped pecans

Refrigerate until served
