2 Tablespoons oil
Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
Sweet Red Cherries
Pineapple Chunks
Cooked Meat of your choice. I use chicken or steak
Rice

Sweet and Sour Sauce:

3 Teaspoons cornstarch
9 Tablespoons cider vinegar (½ Cup)
1½ cup brown sugar
6 Tablespoons catsup
6 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
¾ teaspoons Soy Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok and then sauté the vegetables and meat until cooked through and heated. Add the pineapple and cherries until heated.

In a separate sauce pan dissolve the cornstarch in vinegar; add the remaining ingredients; cook and stir until thickened.

Cook the rice as directed by the package. Serve the vegetables and meat over the rice and pour the Sweet and Sour Sauce over the top. Serve on a large platter.
