2 lb. stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup - undiluted
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
8 oz. can mushroom slices or fresh mushrooms

Directions:

Trim and cut up the beef into bite-size pieces. Combine with the canned soup and dry soup. Cover tightly and bake at 250 for 3 hours. Stir in mushrooms and serve over hot rice.

Tip: This same recipe makes excellent beef and noodles. Prepare the meat the same way, but leave out the mushrooms. When the meat comes out of the oven, stir it into hot cooked noodles.
