1 lb. Round Steak cut thin
1 Onion
1 small can Mushrooms
3 C. Water
2 Bullion cubes
5 T. flour
½ pt. Sour Cream
2½ C. Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep pan brown steak until all the pink is out. Season. Add diced onions and cook until clear. Dissolve 2 bullion cubes in 2 cups of water and add to pan. Add the can of mushrooms.

Stir in 4-5 T of flour into ½ pt. sour cream. Remove pan from heat. Add sour cream mix and stir through. Return to heat and let simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Cook 2 - 2½ C. egg noodles and stir all together.
