Raspberry Sauce:
1 ½ C frozen unsweetened raspberries
½ C sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp cold water

Cheesecake Filling:
1 pkg 8oz cream cheese softened
1 egg
½ c Sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
¼ tsp almond extract
3 tbsp sliced almonds, optional for topping

Batter:
1 ½ C all purpose flour
2 envelopes Fleischmann's Rapid Rise yeast
¼ C sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ C butter or Margarine
⅔ c very warm milk (120 to 130º)
1 egg

Directions:
Make fruit sauce first, to allow time to cool.

Mix raspberry sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 to 2 minutes, until sauce is thickened.

Mix batter ingredients in a large bowl. Pre-sprayed 9 ½" deep dish pie plate. Allow mixture to rest while preparing cheese cake filling.

Whip cheesecake ingredients in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth

Top batter with cheesecake mixture, then raspberry sauce. Swirl mixtures together using a knife, sprinkle with almonds over top if desired.

Bake in a cold over set temperature to 350ºF, bak for 30-35 minutes, until cheesecake is set.
