1 onion
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 lb. ground or diced meat (lamb is best)
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes (Italian fresh diced)
1 32 oz. can hominy
1 cup corn pieces (or canned corn)
4 oz. diced green chiles
4 cups chicken or beef stock
2 cups cooked Anasazi beans
1 can cheddar cheese soup, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in a large pot. Add herbs and remaining ingredients. Simmer until meat is cooked. Enjoy.
