3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. parsley
minced garlic
2 Tbsp. cream cheese (softened)
2 c. shredded chicken
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Mozarella cheese
8 cooked lasagna noodles
salt
pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter large casserole dish, set aside.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat, add garlic and saute. Wish in flour and cook until mixture is bubbling. Pour in milk, bring mixture to simmer, then stir in cream cheese and parmesan. Simmer until sauce thickens. Add lemon juice and 1 tsp. of parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in shredded chicken.
Spoon a thin layer of sauce on bottom of casserole dish. Put a layer of noodles next, with meat mixture, layer of noodles, then meat mixture. Continue layering noodles & meat mixture, until used all ingredients, put a layer of mozarella cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
