1-2 lbs country style pork ribs
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 Tbs seasoned salt
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour over spare ribs,
Cook in a slow cooker on high 3-4 hours or low 6- 7 hours.

Can also be made ahead as a freezer meal to freeze ingredients and cook later:

Place pork in resealable gallon sized freezer bag. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw 24 hours. Cook in a slow cooker on high 3-4 hours or low 6- 7 hours.

I also cooked this in the electric pressure cooker. I browned the pork using the browning setting. I cooked this on high for 25 minutes and used the natural release.
