1½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
¼ cup minced onion
¼ cup minced celery
2 teaspoons fresh, chopped tarragon
1 tablespoon fresh, chopped parsley
8 drops Tabasco (or whatever!)

Optional: Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice to taste.

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to develop flavor.
