2 lbs. beef stew meat
6 potatoes, chopped
1 bunch carrots, chopped
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 1/2 - 3 c. water
3 T. tapioca
1 T. Worcestshire sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into a large baking dish. Cover tightly. Bake 300 for 5 hours. Don't stir or peek!
