1 cup butter, the real stuff...
1 cup sugar...
1 tour vanilla...
2 1/4 cups roasted peanuts, with sea salt...
1 bag ( small) of chocolate chips...

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 by 13 cake pan with parchment paper...
Spread 2 cups of peanuts on pan in an even layer...
In a medium pan add butter, sugar and vanilla, stir over medium heat until the butter melts, simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasiona....
Watch carefully so it does not burn...
When mixture turns carmel-colored and flows from the spoon in a ribbon, pour over the peanuts and spread with an off-set spatula...
Pour the chocolate chips over the mixture and wait 3 minutes, then using the off-set spatula spread the chocolate over the toffee mixture...
Chop remaining peanuts and sprinkle them over the mixture...
Let stand until pan is room temperature and place in fridge until ready to enjoy...
