Ingredients:  
1 box Jiffy (do not make according to direction on box)
3 eggs
1 stick of butter, melted
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped white onion or yellow onion
1 can rotel tomatoes,drained
2 handfuls grated cheese of choice( i like colby and jake or pepper jack)
1 lb crawfish tails ( i coarsely chop mine)

Directions:

In large bowl Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes
