Frozen Pie Crust
2 T. Flour
1 t. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 t. Ground Allspice
1/4 t. Ground Cloves
1/4 t. Baking powder
1/4 t. Salt
1 C. Cooked, Mashed Sweet Potato
1 C Pumpkin, canned
2 eggs
3/4 C. Sugar
1 C. Eagle Milk
2 T. Melted Butter
1/4 t.Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º
Mix together the flour, spices, baking powder and salt in a little bowl. Mix well.
In a medium bowl, lighten the mashed sweet potato by beating well with the whisk attachment. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well in between. Add the sugar and beat well. Add the flour spice mixture and beat well. Add the eagle milk, melted butter and the vanilla. Mix on low speed. Mixture will be thick.
Pour into pie crust and bake 40-50 minuets until it doesn’t jiggle too much in the center. Test by inserting a tooth pick into the center, it should come out clean.

Cool on rack. Serve at room temperature.
