3 large Anehiem peppers, chopped
1/2 lb shredded Jack cheese
1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1 lrg can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 small can tomato soup
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a greased, square baking dish, add peppers and both cheeses. Blend milk, flour, eggs and a dash of salt. Pour over peppers and cheese. Bake for 40 minutes. Pour soup over top and bake 10 minutes more.
