3 lb boneless pork roast
1 1/2 t rock salt
3 t soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 t ground ginger
2 t liquid smoke
1 t Worcestershire
1 can Pepsi
Hawaiian rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt through Worcestershire in a bowl. Rub all over the pork roast. Wrap in foil and marinate 8-12 hours.

Preheat oven to 325 F. Place pork in roasting pan. Pour Pepsi in pan. Tent with foil. Bake 3 hours. Shred pork into a large bowl.

Serve with rolls.

I like to make sliders with the rolls by cutting rolls in half, spreading butter or mayo on the roll and top with pork. Serve with a side salad.
