1 ½ tsp. active dry yeast
¾ - 1 c. lukewarm water
2 c. flour
1 ½ tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 T. olive oil
4 T. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. Italian blend shredded cheese

In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in ¾ - 1 c. of lukewarm water. Add in the flour, garlic salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly and shape into a ball. Coat a mixing bowl with olive oil and place the dough into the bowl rolling it in the oil. Let it rise for one hour or until double in size. Preheat the oven to 425º F. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Melt in the microwave. Spread out the dough to desired thickness and add the melted butter on top. Add Italian blend shredded cheese and garnish with parsley. Bake for 15 minutes.
