1 T. olive oil
1 lb. turkey kielbasa
1½ c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. chicken broth
10 oz. diced tomatoes
8 oz. pasta
½ c. milk
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese
chopped green pepper, optional
chopped spinach, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry chopped kielbasa and onions. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, milk, pasta and seasonings. Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
