Butter for greasing the pan
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. of 1/2 and 1/2 cream
1 c. plain yogurt
1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 t. dried basil
1 t. dried oregano
9 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked
16 oz. mild salsa, thick and chunky
2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned, peeled and deveined
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Grease a 12 x 8 pan with butter. Combine the eggs, 1/2 and 1/2, yogurt, Swiss and feta cheeses, parsley, basil and oregano in a large bowl, mixing until well blended. Spread 1/2 of the cooked pasta evenly over the bottom of the pan. Cover the pasta with the salsa. Add 1/2 of the shrimp and then cover it with Monterey Jack. Add the remaining pasta and shrimp. Spread the egg mixture over the top of the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
