1 qt. (large can) Tomatoes chopped
1 tsp. Oregano
2 tsp. Jalapeño relish (optional)
Salt (to taste)

Combine and simmer for 20 mins.

1 lb. Jack Cheese, cubed
1 pt. Sour Cream
12 Flour Tortillas

Preheat oven to 325ºF

Place sauce and cheese in each tortilla.

Roll up and place in 9x13" pan.

Pour rest of sauce and cheese over top, spoon sour cream on .

Bake uncovered for 30 mins.
