Orange Pecan Salmon Recipe

1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
1 c. orange marmalade
12 c. soy sauce
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
4 salmon fillets (6 oz. each and 1" thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients. Pour 1 c. marinade into a ziplock bag. Add the salmon. Seal the bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for up to 30 minutes. Set aside remaining marinade.

Drain and discard marinade from salmon. Place salmon in a greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

In a small saucepan, bring reserved marinade to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced to 3/4 c. Serve with salmon.
