2 c. (10 oz.) crabmeat (it's OK to use imitation)
1/2 # shrimp, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 celery ribs
1/2 c. sliced green onions
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 t. seafood seasoning (like Old Bay)
4 6" pitas, halved

Combine everything but pitas. Let set 2 hours in refrigerator. Spoon into pitas.
