1 lb. chicken breast
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (14.5 oz.) can Rotel
6-8 flour tortillas
1 c. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Boil one pound chicken until done. Cut chicken into chunks. In a saucepan mix half rotel with sour cream. In another mix half rotel with cream cheese. Both need to turn into a sauce. Mix the sauce with the cream cheese and cooked chicken together. Spoon mixture onto tortillas using all meat mixture. Place in a greased 9x13 pan with seam sides down. Pour sour cream mixture over tortillas (will be runny) and ½ cup of cheese. Bake for 20 minutes covered. Remove foil and add the rest of the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes more. Serve.
