2 t. Olive oil
2 7oz salmon fillets, skin on
Coarse salt
Butter

Oven 350 º
Heat med ovenproof nonstick skillet med high heat. Add olive oil. Pat salmon dry with paper towel. Season flesh side with salt. When oil is hot add salmon skin side down and sear until crispy, about 5 min. Transfer to oven and cook about 5 min for med rare. Top with butter. Rest 2 min.
