1 cup white sugar
1 cuo sour cream
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tbs grated orange peel
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cups pecans

Glaze
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup pecans

Directions:
Combine sugar sour cream butter eggs orange peelmand vanilla. Beat atmmedium speed scraping bowl often until well mixed. Reduce speed to low abd add flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Beat just until moistened. Stir in pecans.

Spoon batter evendly into floured mini loaf pans. Bake 30-35 minutes or untilk toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes remove from pans.

Prepare the glaze with the brown sugar and butter in quart sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil 3-4 minutes. Spoon glaze mixtureover warm loaves. Immediately sprinkle with pecans.
