1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. paprika
6 pork sirloin cutlets
6 T. canola oil

Dill sauce: 2 T. flour
1 1/2 cup chicken broth, divided
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp, dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, seasoned salt and pepper. Season meat slightly. In a second shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk until blended,. In a third bowl, mix bread crumbs and paprika. Pound pork cutlets to 1/4". Dip in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then in crumb mixture. In a large skillet over medium heat, add pork in batches, cooking 2-3 minutes per side; or until golden. Remove to a plate, keep warm. Wipe out skillet. In a small bowl, whisk flour and broth until smooth, add to skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until thickened. Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream and dill, heat through. Serve with pork.
