8 oz. cream cheese (softened and cut into bits)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup drained sauerkraut (can), chopped
1/2 lb. cooked, lean corned beef sliced thin and chopped fine
2 tsps. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsps. spicy brown mustard (Grey Poupon)
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
Toasted Keebler rye crackers

1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

3. Transfer mixture to an oven proof casserole dish and cover.

4. Bake 30 mins. or until bubbles form.

5. Remove cover and continue cooking until top begins to turn golden brown.

6. Serve warm.
