3 seeded tomatoes, cut into 1" wedges
1 cucumber, seeded and cut into 1/4" pieces
2 green onions, sliced
8 oz. mozzarella cheese cut into 1/4" cubes
1/4 c. sliced green olives
1 T. chopped fresh basil
1 T. lemon juice
3 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, cheese and olives.
Combine basil and lemon juice. Slowly wisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over salad and serve immediately.
