1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter into oven in 13 by 9 inch pan until bubbling. Mix all ingredients together and pour into hot butter. Bake at 450ºF for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with syrup, jam, powdered sugar, etc. for breakfast or with meats for dinner. Our favorite way is with powdered sugar with fresh squeezed lemon juice on top.

Note: The amount of butter in pan can be varied from 4 Tbsp. to 1/2 c. butter depending on your preference.
