2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cleaned & empty squirt bottle
confectioner's sugar for sprinkling

Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar.
In large mixing bowl, stir together the eggs and oil.
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and beat with a mixer until smooth. The batter's consistency should be thin enough to run through a squirt bottle.
If too thin, add flour. If too thick, add milk.
Fill a clean & empty squirt bottle with batter.
Heat the oil to 360. Squirt the batter in a circular motion into the hot oil; fry until golden brown.
Flip and cook for one minute more.
Remove it & drain it on paper towels; sprinkle with confectioner's sugar while hot.
