3lbs deer roast
1 onion, sliced
1 T. Soy Sauce
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 T. Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Potatoes and Carrots (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash roast and put in crockpot and cover with onions. Sprinkle with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper. In small bowl combine soup mix and canned soup. Mix together and pour over roast. Cook on low 6 hrs. (Add carrots and potatoes at 3hrs. optional)
