Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 cups peeled apples, cut in slices
2 Tablespoons water
1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
Put apples in a flat pan. Cover with a mixture made of:

1 1/4 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar (can be brown)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mixture will be very dry and crumbly. Melt:
1/4 cup butter or oleo.....drip over top.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350*

Note: I used peaches and doubled the amounts.
