2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups Wesson oil
1/2 cup nuts
3 cups grated carrots
4 eggs

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased pan and bake 45 minutes to one hour at 375*. Keep cake in tinfoil, will stay fresh 1 month.
